Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

BMW iX3 is marginally cheaper – starting at 54,300 £ , while the Mercedes C-Class EQ costs 58,000 £ . That’s a price difference of around 3,696 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the Mercedes C-Class EQ is very slightly more efficient: consuming 14.3 kWh/100km compared to 14.6 kWh/100km for the BMW iX3. That’s a difference of about 0.3 kWh/100km.

As for electric range, the BMW iX3 offers marginally more range – reaching up to 805 km, about 52 km more than the Mercedes C-Class EQ.
