SsangYong Korando is considerably cheaper – starting at 27,000 £ , while the Volvo XC90 costs 74,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 47,314 £.

I won a Dacia Duster in a lottery. Sold it after six months. Just cheap junk. Then the XC90/1 and now the XC90/2. There are galaxies between them. A Volvo is a Volvo when it comes to reliability, durability and luxury.

I drive both cars. The XC90’s boot is — contrary to the figures posted here — noticeably larger than the GLC’s when carrying five people. Overall the XC90 is clearly the more comfortable and, above all, the more stable — and therefore the safer — car.
