Price and efficiency are often the first things buyers look at. Here it becomes clear which model has the long-term edge – whether at the pump, the plug, or in purchase price.

VinFast VF 6 is clearly cheaper – starting at 30,000 £ , while the XPeng G6 costs 37,400 £ . That’s a price difference of around 7,380 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the XPeng G6 is a bit more efficient: consuming 17.3 kWh/100km compared to 19.5 kWh/100km for the VinFast VF 6. That’s a difference of about 2.2 kWh/100km.
