Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

BMW X3 is marginally cheaper – starting at 51,700 £ , while the Polestar 4 costs 53,100 £ . That’s a price difference of around 1,372 £.

As for electric range, the Polestar 4 offers clearly more range – reaching up to 620 km, about 532 km more than the BMW X3.

Under the bonnet, it becomes clear which model is tuned for sportiness and which one takes the lead when you hit the accelerator.
