Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

smart #5 is markedly cheaper – starting at 39,300 £ , while the Volvo EX60 costs 54,000 £ . That’s a price difference of around 14,649 £.

In terms of energy consumption, the Volvo EX60 is clearly more efficient: consuming 14.7 kWh/100km compared to 18.4 kWh/100km for the smart #5. That’s a difference of about 3.7 kWh/100km.
