Looking at overall running costs, both models reveal some interesting differences in everyday economy.

Volvo EX40 is somewhat cheaper – starting at 45,200 £ , while the GWM WEY 05 costs 51,300 £ . That’s a price difference of around 6,094 £.

As for electric range, the Volvo EX40 offers clearly more range – reaching up to 576 km, about 418 km more than the GWM WEY 05.

I find them to be two models that aren't comparable,
the Model Y is much longer and wider.
I would choose the Model Y if it were within 4.50 meters in length.
